Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order. However, if you’re not satisfied:

  • Returns: Only accepted if the product is damaged or defective. Must be reported within 2 days after the product delivered  . 

  • Replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days for damaged and defective products 
  • Refunds: Upon approval of return, refund will be processed and credited  within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used oil bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity.
